Photo Name Meaning Keepsake

This is a beautiful photo keepsake featuring your very own picture in black and white as the centerpiece. It has your child’s name on the top as well as the name meaning and name origin on the bottom. This keepsake is printed on high quality photo paper.

Please fill in the form below indicating your child’s first name and whether your child is a boy or girl so I will know what color to print the text. Generally I print pink for girls and blue for boys unless you specify another color. Right after you order I will need you to send me an email with a high quality scanned or digital photo of your child. Its ok if its color as I will change it to black and white. You may zip the picture and send it as an attachment or add it to the body of the email.

Please keep in mind when selecting a picture that a closeup shot of the head to midsection with a light colored background works the best with this print.
